We love our geothermal and have told anyone and everyone how much we like it. We were concerned about the cost but even with the extreme cold temperatures our electric bill for the last two months has not been outrageous.

I want to thank you for taking care of our unique heating and air needs. Thank you for understanding our position and laying out the best options available. Your follow up, attention to detail and manor in which you explained everything helped Jenny and I immensely.
In July, your company installed a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit in my home office and the system has worked very well through the summer heat and winter cold. When Chris and Dane put in my office system it was one of the hottest days of the summer, both men stayed late and worked hard to get my office up and running that day. I was able to ask questions and watch them work without feeling I was in their way. I was impressed by the manner in which they explained the operation of the system walking Jenny and I through the set up and controls so that we new exactly how to run it. Chris took the time to discuss the advantages of Geothermal and Heat pump systems with me and helped me get a better understanding of the two. His willingness to spend a few minutes doing this helped educate me on my options and future purchase from your company.
I was glad to see Chris and Dane return to put in our new heat pump system in December. The level of service thise guys provided far surpasses the kind of service we see and now come to expect in our society. Jerry, we appreciate all of the work you put in to the geothermal proposal, however we both agreed it was not going to be our best option. The Infinity Heat Pump System you installed is working great! With six months of operation in both cold and hot weather we can now honestly say it does everything you promised and more. We’ve noticed a big difference in our monthly bills and will be glad to send you our yearly saving information in the next few months. The new Infinity Air Purifier has worked great and we’ve noticed a difference in my alleries and in the amount of dust in the house.
Your attention to detail and follow up along with the quality of service I received from your installers made our experience an excellent one. We have recommended you and your company to our friends and neighbors (as you now know) and will continue to do so.

To my friends at Precision Comfort Systems,
I want to express my gratitude for the excellent job that was done installing our new furnace and air conditioning units. From the beginning to the end, working with the employees of your company was a complete pleasure and worry-free experience.
My wife and I had a 1 year anniversary vacation planned and had made arrangements for the work to be completed while we were gone. During that time, we were also having a contractor work on a bathroom remodel project. Both projects were to be completed while we were out of town, placing a great deal of trust in our contractor and Precision Comfort Systems.
We returned home from our vacation exhausted from a long day of traveling but were excited to see all the progress done on both projects. Unfortunately, our bathroom remodel project greeted us with no working toilets, no shower, no sinks, and no running water! The only thing that was done to perfection was the shiny new furnace and the impressive air conditioning unit. We had no idea the sight of a new furnace and AC unit would actually make us so happy!
Your installers were very respectful of our house and left no trace behind except a job well done!

This letter is in reference to the work performed at my home in Noblesville. My wife and I recently had an air conditioning system installed for the upstairs where no system previously existed. Since this was a major undertaking, we sought several estimates including your company.
Jerry was the consultant assigned to give the estimate for our home. I would like you to know that Jerry was far superior in his knowledge, experience and professionalism than your competitors’ representatives. He assessed the conditions and laid out the best air and heating plan for our home while considering financial limitations. He was very confident that this was the best possible solution and was able to concisely and clearly explain the system to someone with little knowledge of heating and air. Because of these factors, my wife and I chose your company.
The work that was performed was more than satisfactory. The crew was able to finish by the scheduled deadline despite a late start and unbearable heat and humidity at the time of installation. Several times I stopped by to see how the work was coming along and the crew was very courteous and helpful. When the work was completed, there was no dust or debris left from the installation.
Given that our home was built around the turn of the century, there were some unanticipated problems with the installation that required some minor patchwork. Jerry contacted an employee to repair the ceiling and the employee did not leave until I reassured him that the repairs met my standards. Jerry followed through with every aspect of the job from the cradle to grave.
In conclusion, Jerry and the crew that worked on our home were excellent. We were very satisfied with the installation and enjoyed a comfortable environment during some very hot days this past summer. We have recently kicked on the heat pump and that works just fine also. If you ever need reference to the quality of your work and workers, feel free to list us.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with your company and work done on our new home. We are so very satisfied with our Geo-thermal system since we have moved into our home. We were very pleased with Jerry especially. He has done a great job. He went beyond the call of duty before the sale to make us feel comfortable with our decision. He also came out during construction and did follow up visits to make sure everything was running smoothly. Howard, the owner, was very helpful to get any problems resolved quickly. The installers and service technicians were very courteous and helpful as well. We feel so thankful for Howard’s design of the layout of vents and furnace size now since we are living with our system on a daily basis We felt so strongly about the Geo-System as the way of the future to assist our unknown natural resources and high energy cost of oil and natural gas but we never thought we would enjoy the system as much as we do now since we live in it daily. To Whom It May Concern.
We had the opportunity to use Precision Comfort for a couple service calls. Once last Summer and one just on January 30, 2007. We just wanted to write and say the servicemen both times were very professional and made sure we understood everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. They were very courteous when coming into the house putting on shoe guards etc. We plan on using Precision Comfort for all our future geothermal needs and maintenance. Thanks again for making the service calls less stressful and not making us feel like we were incompetent.

Dear Jerry.
I just wanted to let you and your company know how very pleased me and my family are with our new Geo-Thermo system. I was extremely pleased when the weather outside was -3 to -5 below and my system was running in energy saving mode and my house was a warm 74 degrees.
This same month last year I used over 300 gal. of LP, my LP bill was $734.71. This month my heating bill is about $95.00. With this kind of savings the money I invested in this new system will return sooner than I thought.
I no longer worry about how much it’s going to cost to heat our home and my girls love the heat set at 74 degrees rather than 69 degrees. And all men know that when our wives are happy, we’re happy.
Jerry, the system is doing all you said it would do and I couldn’t be more pleased. Please feel free to use me and my family as a reference, I can’t imagine anyone not wanting a Geo-Thermo system especially considering today’s high energy costs. It’s worth every dime it cost.

Hi Jerry,
I thought I should share my utilities results with you after the first 6 months of ownership of my Waterfurnace geothermal heat pump that you installed for me. My average yearly total electric bill, based on the last 6 months of data, is now $1253. This compares to a total electric and gas bill last year of $2510. This means my TOTAL (including lights, TV, and HVAC) household energy bill has decreased by 50%. It is hard to figure out what my % decrease in heating, cooling, and hot water are because my electric bill has actually decreased from a yearly $1421, to its current value. My best estimate is the heating, cooling, and hot water costs will be about $235, making the savings about 80% for the heating, cooling, and hot water.
I would have to admit my calculations for heating and cooling savings have a wide margin for error because the new electric bill for the HVAC is so low that other changes, such as changing light bulbs to compact florescents, how many hours computers are on, etc. could easily mess up my baseline number. The HVACsystem is almost too good to be true. Everyone who I share my story with gives me the same response when I tell them my yearly heaing/cooling cost is $235. They simply assume I must be talking about a monthly bill, not a yearly bill. They then become completely dumbfounded when I explain this is not for one month, but for the whole year.

This is a letter to express our satisfaction with the installation of our new Envision Water Furnace system completed by the Precision Comfort Team.
Our new system provides uniform temperature throughout the house and it is whisper quite.
The Marathon-Rheem water heater provides more hot water than our family can use. The digital thermostat is easy to set and provides an instant display of the system status.
My wife developed an appreciation for the energy saving benefits from a closed loop geothermal system 19 years ago. She informed me that it was time to upgrade our old system with the newest HVAC geothermal technology before winter.
Three minutes after Jerry arrived at our home, I had total confidence in his knowledge of geothermal systems and his ability to solve our initial installation deficiencies.
I am a retired mechanical engineer with diesel combustion development and systems application experience. My interests are in thermodynamics and physics. I made several installation modifications to our original system.
Jerry returned with John to make the installation drawings. Jerry and John listened to my concerns and background experience with the original system. John proceeded to design sheet metal system to correct the return airflow deficiencies.
Chris installation team leader and Mike arrived Tuesday morning. Their attention to detail and quality fit-up work met and exceeded our expectations. They completed the installation of our new Water Furnace, Rheem-Marathon 85 gallon water heater, flow center and thermostat by the end of the second day. They hauled away the old furnace, sheet metal, water heater and left the area spotless.
I look forward to seeing Chris and Mike in two weeks when they install a new Water Furnace for my neighbor.
